Description
The project consisted of Energy Upgrade work to the existing IBC Block 2 building located in Main UL Campus. The building was constructed in mid-1980. The works included carefully removing existing windows, curtain walling, doors and cantilever sections over 3 floors. Also included in the works was intensive upgrade of Mechanical & Electrical services included new plant room replacement on roof top and new PV Panels. Internal works included for new window boards & window liners following installation of new windows, painting, firesealing and new partitions to suit new windows profile. Martins Construction was main contractor and PSCS for all of the works
