The project consisted of a new single storey Residential Respite and Care Home at Mungret, Co Limerick, comprising 6 bedrooms with ensuites, Kitchen, Living/Den area and sitting rooms, along with playroom, family room, storage areas and a clinical room, nurses station and staff area. A complex pitched roof with roof deck and canopy to front entrance. Extensive external works included new entrance road, footpaths, car paring, terrace/patio area, boundary fencing and concrete walls, plant room and drainage and landscaping. Martins Construction Ltd carried out the services of Main Contractor and PSCS during the course of the works
