Description
The project consists of the construction of three storey residential building consisting of 5 no. 3 bed duplex units, 2 no. 2 bed apartments with balconies and 1 no. three bed apartment with a balcony within Limerick City Centre.
The build was a 3 story block & brick construction with piled foundation, ground floor slabs, under slab drainage, ring beams, structural steel, precast flooring and stairways, Pozi joists with flat warm roof cover, fall arrest system, high level AOV, Resilient Layer Flooring, mechanical and electrical input, fitted furniture and new gas and ESB services all within a tight confined site. The project included a new and improved public footpath, new roadway, hard and soft landscaping and all associated ancillary site works. Martins Construction was main contractor and PSCS for all of the works.
