Description: The refurbishment of the existing Mill Building in Limerick city centre. Works included the total internal refurbishment of upper levels to facilitate apartments and the reconstruction of new use of retail on ground floor. The existing outer stone walls were rebuilt, maintained and repointed using building stone. This was a listed building.
Martins Construction was main contractor and PSCS for all of the works.
