Description
The works involved the construction of new Swimming Pool and Leisure Complex along with the refurbishment of the existing pool. The swimming pool comprised of a new 25m pool and a separate kids pool. The Complex also provided new changing rooms, toilets and a viewing gallery. The existing pool was converted to facilitate a new dry sports gym, training room and changing rooms.
The works were constructed on a phased development. The existing pool remained open during the construction of the new pool.
Total Floor Area 2,246 sqm.
Martins Construction was main contractor and PSCS for all of the works.
