Description
The project comprised of construction of 22 no. 3 Bed (16 semi-detached and 6 end of Terrace), 4 no. 2 bed mid terrace houses and 2 no. 3 storey duplex comprising of 2 ground floor apartments with 3 bed semi above, 1 of 8 Phases of the overall development at Greenpark Racecourse, Limerick. The construction was on a greenfield site adjacent to live site of the other phases of the overall development. The houses were timber framed construction on raft foundations with Kilsaran Brick with Double Glazed Aluminium and Condron Concrete slate. The finishes internally with Kitchens & utilities, Tiling, Timber Stairs and painting throughout. The Development included a new roadway with boundary walls, street lighting, new watermain, new foul sewer connection, ESB Connections, rear boundary fences, Planting & Landscaping. The external works also included new paving, tarmac to include for car parking spaces.
