Description
The project consists of the construction of single storey extension of 700m2 comprising of a SEN Unit with 2 classrooms, a sensory room along with 4 standard classrooms, pastorals office, new boiler room. In addition to the extension included works within the existing school, refurbishment of staff WC, conversion of 2 rooms at first floor level to a Home Economics Room and conversion of 2 classrooms at ground floor level to a Music Room within the existing school.
The build was a single storey traditional block construction. A new fire tender access road was also constructed within the project along with soft surface enclosure playground for the SEN Unit.
Martins Construction was main contractor and PSCS for all of the works
