Description Nursing Home: A a phased refurbishment to the existing nursing home which included the upgrade of the existing bedrooms, kitchen & dining area, chapel corridors and associated rooms. The works also included the construction of a separate new two storey machinery and store building and the integration of existing services to new services. The existing phases remained fully operational during the construction works and between phases.
Description Day Care Centre: Refurbishment of the existing stone stable building with a new large single storey extension to the existing building to facilitate a new day care centre. The construction works included extensive mechanical services incorporating renewable geothermal heat pumps, high input of electrical services, a covered drop-off canopy area, private landscaped gardens and a ground level terrace. The works also included a new serviced road, boundary fencing, car park and associated site works.
