Description
Construction of multi unit Housing development at Cliona Park, Moyross consisting of 5 no. 3 Storey houses, 9 no. 2 Storey houses, 2 Ground Floor and 2 first floor apartments. The houses were constructed in 3 no. blocks with a new link road, new development road with associated site development works, including paving and tarmac within public realm, new pump station, Irish Water Connections and new attenuation tank. The existing site contained lives services which had to be diverted and the development was constructed within a live housing estate. Martins Construction Ltd carried out the services of Main Contractor and PSCS during the course of the works.
